As we monitored website visitors, Specialty Coatings was getting about 100 visitors per month. After 3 months,  website visitors were up to 600 – not to mention the amount of quote requests via the website.

Specialty Coatings receives at least three quote requests per week through his website. A ‘Thank You’ form was created which collects customer feedback on floor projects to better serve future customers. We post to twitter on a regular basis, facebook and log photos with descriptions into Flickr.
